Shipping Policy:

Customers purchasing from Cellphonesonline.co.za have are subjected to the domestic delivery service. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders are only processed within 1 working day. No deliveries will be arranged over the weekends and public holidays. Please be advised, certain products have an additional shipment lead-time which will be reflected at the time of purchase.

National Delivery:

Cellphones Online offers free domestic Next Day shipping for any order R750 and over. Any order placed under R750 will carry an additional R100 shipping fee. Our shipping services are contracted to (but not limited to) RAM.

All orders are processed within 1 working day of receipt and delivery can be expected within between 3 – 4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay.

If we are experiencing a high orders volume, shipments may be delayed. If there is any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
